Refund Policy – Sunkissed Sri Lanka Tours
At Sunkissed Sri Lanka Tours, we are committed to offering you a memorable and smooth travel experience. To ensure proper planning and availability, we apply the following policy:
1. Payment and Deposit

A 25% deposit of the total tour price is required in advance to confirm your booking.

The remaining 75% is to be paid upon arrival in Sri Lanka.

Your booking will be considered confirmed once the deposit is received and a written confirmation is sent by our team.

2. Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the tour start date.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date or in the event of a no-show, the 25% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for unused services after the start of the tour.

3. Changes to the Booking

Changes to the itinerary or transport are possible upon request and subject to availability.

Please note that such changes may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the adjustment.

We recommend informing us as early as possible so we can assist you accordingly.

4. Delays or Unexpected Events

If your arrival time is delayed or changed, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to adjust your schedule where possible.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, extreme weather, etc.).
