Refund Policy – Sunkissed Sri Lanka Tours

At Sunkissed Sri Lanka Tours, we are committed to offering you a memorable and smooth travel experience. To ensure proper planning and availability, we apply the following policy:

1. Payment and Deposit

  • A 25% deposit of the total tour price is required in advance to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining 75% is to be paid upon arrival in Sri Lanka.

  • Your booking will be considered confirmed once the deposit is received and a written confirmation is sent by our team.

2. Cancellation

  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the tour start date.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date or in the event of a no-show, the 25% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be given for unused services after the start of the tour.

3. Changes to the Booking

  • Changes to the itinerary or transport are possible upon request and subject to availability.

  • Please note that such changes may incur additional fees depending on the nature of the adjustment.

  • We recommend informing us as early as possible so we can assist you accordingly.

4. Delays or Unexpected Events

  • If your arrival time is delayed or changed, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will do our best to adjust your schedule where possible.

5. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, extreme weather, etc.).
