Terms and Conditions – Sunkissed Sri Lanka Tours

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and website. By booking a tour with Sunkissed Sri Lanka Tours, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a tour. The balance (75%) is payable on arrival in Sri Lanka, before the start of the tour.

  • Confirmation will be sent once the deposit is received.

2. Services Included

  • Our tours include only transportation with a private driver and a custom itinerary.

  • Accommodation, activities, meals, and entrance fees are not included, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start date are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour, or in case of a no-show, will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.

  • No refund will be issued for partially used services.

4. Changes and Modifications

  • Changes to the itinerary or transport may be possible, depending on availability.

  • Such changes may incur additional charges.

  • Modifications must be requested as early as possible and confirmed by our team.

5. Responsibilities of the Traveler

  • Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.).

  • Any health conditions, allergies, or mobility issues should be communicated in advance.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, theft, and other unforeseen events.

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability

  • We act only as an intermediary for transport and itinerary coordination.

  • We are not responsible for third-party services such as accommodation, attractions, or food providers.

  • We are not liable for delays, accidents, or loss due to force majeure (e.g., weather, natural disaster, political unrest).

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

  • Any disputes arising shall be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
